Unless a product is out of stock, all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We will let you know if there are delays. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please note that transit times may vary, depending on your location Local Orders / Pick Up Arrangements can be made for local orders to be picked up.
Upon checkout, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address. This step must be completed; however, the next step allows you to choose pick up as your delivery option. This is free of charge. Please note that we are located in Cold Springs, Ontario, just north of Cobourg. Deliveries will only be made in Port Hope, Ontario and Cobourg, Ontario.
Once an order has shipped via Canada Post or another postal service, it is out of our control. If there is an issue with your order due to a postal service error, you, as the customer, will have to open a service ticket with them. Although we aren't responsible for shipping issues, please feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to help you work through the matter.
